Shipping & Returns Policy

• All orders are processed within 1-2 days, excluding holidays

• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is processed

• We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days after dispatch

• However, this timing may be vary during peak sales times and adverse weather conditions

• We are happy to discuss a return & exchange for any product purchased from Daydream Clothing

• You can exchange your products either by;

                     -  visiting our experience store at 51, Flower Road, Colombo 7

                     -  or by posting us the item you want exchanged 

• Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact

• Returns & Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of receiving the package

• At this moment we do not bear the shipping costs of returning the items unless the goods are deemed faulty
